What is Marriage?

Marriage can be defined as the legally or formally recognized union of a man and a woman.

It can also be defined as the form of institution under which a man and a woman have established their decision to live as husband and wife by legal commitments, religious ceremonies, etc.

It is also the state of being united to a person of the opposite sex as husband or wife in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law.

The word Marriage is synonymous with the following words; union, alliance, fusion, mixture, mix, blend, amalgamation, combination, merger.

However, in their quest to factor in those who engage in homosexuality in how the word Marriage is defined, many dictionaries like Webster and Oxford have wrongly preferred to define marriage as to mean a union of two consenting adults regardless of the sex of each of the parties involved in the union.

Yet the word Marriage in its initial and original meaning stands for a union of two consenting adults of opposite sexes for purposes of co-creation, companionship and enjoyment. And this is how it (marriage) were designed in its original form (Genesis 2:18).

In this, the gays terribly lose the argument to advocate for their case (if at all any). For the basic and original cause for marriage as is well stated in the Bible is co-creation and companionship. Gay unions are the direct opposite of this. It is actually self defeating to argue for gay. For if it were so, this planet earth would be wasteland.

Thus then, to seek to define the word marriage as to accomodate unions of same sex partners is in itself to seek to manipulate the original meaning of the same. Unions of same sex partners should be called something else but not using the word Marriage. For since time immemorial, the word Marriage has been used to mean a contract between a man and a woman. 

Using the word "marriage" to accomodate same sex unions is just part of the campaign by homosexual activists to take control of the definition of the word and make it align with their goals. Otherwise in the word itself, there is no such notion.

What the Bible does/doesn't say about gay marriage

The Bible says nothing about gay marriage. However, there shouldn't have been the need to, for it (the Bible) already tells us homosexuality is an abomination before God. If even sex before marriage is sin and severely punishable.

From the first page of the Bible to its very last page, homosexuality is an abomination which has led to very severe consequences for mankind. For the fact that it is being discussed today is because it is just reemerging or being dusted by the activists.

The British who are the colonizers of Uganda taught us that it is criminal to indulge in homosexuality, now they are telling us to give it space. Many countries which are unwilling to encourage this practice have been cornered by Western governments to take it or lose out with the West. For it is deemed denial of human rights to those who wish to indulge in this act.

In Uganda, it is not even denial of those who wish to indulge in it, it is simply to deny the members of it the space to preach it to others and spread it to the schools. Yet Uganda has been punished by denial of aid by a range of Western governments. For it is such a force.

Gay people are actually very few, but the way they are making the whole world tremble, you wonder! There are so many worse human rights abuses world over, yet they are paid very little attention, but a single homosexual event or denial, is given all the coverage! Uganda is one of the least known countries in the world, very little of what takes place in Uganda will make headlines on international networks, yet when it concerns homosexuality, in the twinkling of an eye, it is world over!

Weaker economies have been tactically and treacherously cornered into subjugation. While the stronger ones have gone on to fend off this forceful abominable wave of catastrophic insanity.

Additionally, non of the Western leaders who are fiercely advocating for this practice is gay. They are duly and properly spouses of their opposite sexes and are proud parents of their own biological blood. They are only playing a role not by the proper way they ought to.

Leaders are but to organize and direct society on such matters of keen interest. If a person goes wrong, it is incumbent upon leaders and society to help put such a person in order, not to seek to align with such a person in their wrong doing. Western leaders are only being selfish and being not worthy. What is stupefying and terribly terrifying, the guns have been turned against the non gay!!!???

This is not about bias or hate, it is simply based on the fact that it is abomination before God. And my relationship with God matters much more, beyond anything else. The following scriptures tell us exactly what homosexuality is in the eyes of God, and that is what vehemently it is; (Leviticus 18:22), (Leviticus 20:13), (Judges 19:16-24), (1Kings 14:24), (1Kings 15:12), (2 Kings 23:7), (Romans 1:18-32), (1Corinthians 6:9-11), (1Timothy 1:8-10), (Jude 7).

The Bible is God's own word. We are silent when it is, we shout when it does. On this particular topic, it is purely clear, beyond any disputable doubt.Gay activists are only defending the undefendable and only making a nuisance of themselves. For God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Adam, or Eve and Eve for companionship.

Personal view

Secondly, homosexuality is morally wrong. It is not any good representation of  humans, for we are created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26). We are supposed to reason beyond any creature that ever be. So, if even all the creation which is under our command follows the way just how God intended and created it, how much more should we, the masters of it all?!

Governments should set out to help gays overcome this vice just how they have done so to many people who have been caught in unbecoming behavior by setting up rehab centers. It is possible for non aligning individuals to be rehabilitated and this is what the Pentecostal Churches are advocating for.

I do not hate gays, I love them, but I love them by letting them know that what they practice is both self destructive and self defeating literally and spiritually. God surely detests sin, more so abomination. Homosexuality is not just sin, it is abomination. God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah for this act (Genesis 19).

People who engage in this act simply argue that that is how they feel. But everybody have a way they feel. But they are not going to go on and follow just how they feel. If anything goes wrong, we should just acknowledge it and put it back in order.

For man has always gone wrong, but God has always sought to bring him back to order. It has always been the devil's project to make man rebellious against God. Advocating for gay is simply aiding the devil to fulfill his agenda. Don't you realize the devil came but to steal, kill, and destroy? (John 10:10).

I care less whether you believe in Christian values or not. My call is that can't you see sense in what the Bible says? How else do you want it to be? Many people in prominent positions advocate for gay yet they can't allow their children to be so!!!??? Why not???!!! Mark you, as a Christian, I have to advance the Christian teaching about this abominable act. For which other book brings this act to light like the Bible does? The rest are just jumping on a moving wagon.

Gays should not be discriminated against, but neither should we entertain what they do, or cheer them up. Yet this is what the gays are craving for. We can't cheer up gays just as we can't do the same for murderers, rapists, thugs, robbers, etc. No God fearing person can be effusive in this abominable practice. Yet this is exactly how the gays want it. We should not entertain homo-phobics, but sometimes I am compelled to understand their point.

Anybody who is or feels like gay, stand informed that love and eternal salvation is in Jesus Christ. He died a shameful death on the cross so that we are set free. Homosexuality is abomination and terribly consequential (Spiritually and literally). 

The good news is that Jesus can set you free. Submit to Him and His will and you will never remain the same. Rather you will never remain gay anymore. Everyone can be set free, surely everybody can. There are countless of testimonies of individuals who have been delivered from all sorts of filthy behaviors. Homosexuality is not a natural act, it is only nurtured.  Scripture tells us to resist the devil and he will flee (James 4:7).

Your relationship with God should matter much more than simply seeking to satisfy your insatiable selfish bodily desires. Joyful life is in a good relationship with God. The flesh will never be complete.
